Exact deposit amounts, transfer images and teller checks.

1. Deposit amounts
Each deposit request gives an exact whole-aUEC amount and a named custodian. Send that amount rather than the rounded amount you initially entered. Active deposit amounts are unique within the custodian’s queue so the teller can match a receipt to its request.

2. Transfer images
Attach the transfer image to its request in your account. Duplicate evidence is checked during review. An image alone does not confirm that a custodian received funds.

3. Teller confirmation
The teller must check the individual transfer and record the amount, custodian and reason for the decision. A change in a custodian’s total balance is not enough to confirm a particular member’s deposit.
