Internal and external payments A crew payment moves HCC between Civitas accounts. It does not send aUEC in-game. A member who wants an external payment must create a withdrawal request and wait for custody and teller confirmation. 3. Reserved funds Funds reserved for a withdrawal or an institutional funding request cannot also be spent from checking. A reservation is released through completion, cancellation or an authorized rejection recorded against the original request. 4. Recurring internal payments Members may authorize weekly or monthly payments from checking to an active Civitas checking account, their own savings account or their active ship loan. Review mode requires a person to approve each due payment. Automatic mode also requires Treasury’s enabling policy, open member service, sufficient funds and current account standing. Treasury may pause an instruction or require review; only the holder may authorize automatic operation. Ended instructions retain their history. 5. Payment exceptions An automatic amount limit, manual account control or individual review setting stops a due payment for review. Insufficient funds or changed standing prevents execution. Missed cycles do not accumulate into automatic catch-up debits. A final loan payment is limited to the accepted balance remaining. These payments do not send aUEC in-game. Civitas public standard.
