CIVITAS CCC / 17 / Industrial receiving and repayment consent PUBLIC CHARTER EDITION / 2956 Canonical purchase orders, accepted SCU, gross and net payments and optional debt deductions. 1. Purchase order and receiving Funded orders retain a unique PO reference using HES, CSR, VFS or QFC. The order names the commodity, quantity, unit price and receiving depot. A member reports delivered SCU. An independent receiver records accepted SCU and inspection evidence. Payment is based only on the accepted quantity and available reserved order funds. 2. Optional repayment allocation The borrower may explicitly authorize 20% of accepted cargo proceeds toward an owned active loan. Consent is attached to that receiving record and may be withdrawn before acceptance. The deduction rounds down to whole aUEC and cannot exceed outstanding principal and agreed charges. A repaid, inactive or suspended loan receives no deduction. 3. Member record Form HIC-200 identifies the order, depot, inspected cargo, receiver, gross proceeds, authorized deduction and net proceeds. Payment and repayment post atomically to the existing ledger; neither a delivery report nor an external observation proves receiving or authorizes settlement. Civitas public standard. Service availability is shown in your member account.
