Choose the desk

Exchange is for fixed terms: supply requests, courier runs, services and complete lots for sale. Use Brokerage for private competitive bids and independent award and settlement review.

Connect your organization

Use your verified UCI identity and an eligible Civitas institutional account. Its signatories determine who can trade and which funds they may use.

In ORION, open Contracts → IDC exchange → Connections. An organization administrator who is also its Civitas controller connects the organization once. Members approve their own access in IDC, then return to ORION.

Post the terms

Choose a type, describe the work and set the full price and deadline. Supply and sale listings need goods and quantities. Add pickup and delivery points or a reference picture when useful.

Publish to the IDC network or selected organizations. Publishing locks the terms. Close an unaccepted listing to withdraw it; create a new one if the terms change.

Accept and carry out the work

Review the complete lot and choose the organization you represent. Acceptance reserves the entire listing for that organization.

The supplier reports delivery with a note and reference. The buyer confirms it. A failed connection can be retried with the same instruction reference.

Choose how to pay

aUEC: send it in Star Citizen, record the transfer reference, then let the recipient confirm arrival. IDC cannot observe your game balance.

Civitas credits: 1 HCC represents 1 aUEC held in custody. Choose authorized institutional funds. Independent signatory approval is required before funding escrow; the buyer’s delivery confirmation releases that approved amount.

Plan in ORION

Open an accepted agreement and choose Plan operation or Add to logistics. Repeating the action opens the same work. Goods lines can prepare warehouse reservations or receiving requests.

Materials records the actual handover. A completed objective or delivery report never changes stock by itself. My Work lists the agreements needing your attention.

Stay in contact

Share your verified Discord link from an ORION agreement when you want the other organization to contact you. Stop sharing from the same record.

Personal Discord updates follow your existing Companion notification preference. A server manager with organization administration access can run /orion-contracts to choose a channel for new network listings and status changes. Partner-only agreements are excluded.

Close or resolve

Either party may request cancellation. The other party must accept it; held escrow then returns to the paying fund. A recorded in-game payment needs a dispute review before cancellation.

Report a problem from the agreement for independent IDC review. After completion, each organization can leave one review within fourteen days. Reviews open together, or when that window closes. Public trade records exclude private partner work.
