The Unified Stellar Alliance is a separate alliance of independent organizations, not an HLN Corporation subsidiary. HLN Corporation and Hull Miners Union founded the Alliance in 2953. Its assistance schedule identifies the offices receiving requests and requires confirmation of available vessels for each operation.

Resource Sharing
Requests identify the supplies, receiving office, and transport needed. The accepting organization confirms what it can provide.
Joint Operations
Combined task forces for large-scale operations including humanitarian missions, anti-piracy campaigns, and exploration ventures.
Information Exchange
Shared intelligence networks and early warning systems via Apex StarComm infrastructure. HCN Radio provides public communications.
Trade Privileges
Preferential trade terms, reduced tariffs, and priority access to GalTrade commercial hubs for member organizations.
Diplomatic Coordination
Unified diplomatic stance on matters affecting alliance interests. Interstellar Diplomatic Corps serves as primary liaison.

Communications: Apex Star Communications maintains the communications infrastructure used by member organizations. HCN Radio serves as the public information channel for alliance announcements.
