DIRECTIVE 2954-12 CLASSIFICATION: PUBLIC DATE: 2954.01.15 RE: Security Fleet Refit Authorization The Board of Directors has approved a substantial budget increase for the security fleet refit program. This allocation will enable HLN Group to modernize defensive capabilities in response to the documented increase in hostile activity along the Stanton-Pyro corridor. Key initiatives include: - Acquisition of four additional patrol vessels - Upgrade of existing defensive systems across the fleet - Enhanced training programs for security personnel - Deployment of additional sensor networks This directive takes effect immediately.
