INTEGRATION TIERS

Important Considerations
Organizational Integration
Organizations integrating as a unit maintain their internal structure. Your leaders remain your leaders. HLN Group command authority applies to fleet-wide operations and coordination, not your internal affairs.
Ship Ownership
All ships remain personally owned by their pilots. HLN Group does not require transfer of vessel ownership at any tier. Your ships are your ships.
Departure
Members may depart HLN Group at any time in good standing, retaining all personal assets and certifications earned. We ask only for reasonable notice to ensure operational continuity.
Conflicts of Interest
Active tier members commit to HLN Group as their primary org. Reserve and Auxiliary members may maintain other affiliations but must disclose potential conflicts and recuse from conflicting operations.
