TRANSPORT ALLOCATION
Temporary reassignment / First Tevarin War
A transport assigned to the civil supply rotation is required for escorted carriage. Reassignment is temporary and does not cancel the original receiving obligation.
Allocation shall identify the freight left behind and arrange replacement lift. An escort requirement is not sufficient cause to mark civilian stores as delivered.
On return, the vessel is to report maintenance requirements before further commercial assignment.
The civil receiving office must acknowledge the revised delivery arrangement. Where no replacement transport is available, record the shortfall and the office responsible for obtaining lift. Leave the movement open; do not close it against the escort assignment.
