Why this project exists.
HIC is an institutional framework within the HLN setting. It is a home for developing coordinated industrial activities, with specialist responsibilities distributed across Helios, Coreline, VantaForge and Quantum Freight.
Industrial Command administers Helios, Coreline, VantaForge, and Quantum Freight. It coordinates extraction, recovered stock, fabrication, and transport.
The Command resolves production priorities and supply constraints while each institution manages its specialist work.
