Director of Civil Services Command
Unifies humanitarian, medical, terraforming, and disaster recovery operations. Manages SHR, CMS, UWI, and HGN subsidiaries.
Director of Strategic Command
Oversees economic policy, diplomacy, and regulatory control. Manages GIM, CTB, SCRA, and IDC subsidiaries.
Director of Orion Media Bureau
Controls narrative, morale, and cultural continuity. Manages HCN, EchoCore, Vox Intel, and Horizon Public Works divisions.
Director of Lex Astra Academy
Trains all HLN officers and enforces ideological cohesion. Operates the meritocratic elite pipeline for future leadership.
