Alexander M. Ford remains Chief Executive Officer. Operational office does not automatically confer Board membership.

Earlier appointments remain in the historical record. Consult Article II of the consolidated Charter for voting, delegation, succession, and the Executive Chair’s reserved authority.

Changes of holder are entered as succeeding appointments. The prior entry, its effective authority, and any unfinished delegation remain attached to the portfolio. Access to a system or possession of an operational title shall not be accepted as evidence of a Board appointment.
