Accession record / assistance schedule

HLN will identify the office through which requests for transport, communications, and mutual assistance are to be received. Availability shall be confirmed for each request.

Contributed vessels remain under their organization’s command unless a joint operation order expressly provides otherwise. Such an order shall identify its duration and the authority responsible for release.

The assistance schedule will be reviewed when a member’s available capacity changes. An outdated schedule is to be replaced rather than silently amended.

The receiving registry will acknowledge the edition supplied. A request already accepted under a superseded schedule remains with the accepting office until amended or discharged in writing. Changes to the general schedule do not recall vessels already committed to an operation.
