All mandatory outcomes require individual evidence. Reviewed prior learning maps to the same standards; historical completions retain their curriculum version. Practical outcomes cannot be replaced by a quiz or tabletop discussion.

No ship purchase, real medical screening, donation or prestige rank is required. Arrange a role-appropriate practice task and equipment access. Guided study is divided into agreed bounded sessions around actual player availability.
Pilot and Crew Support variants remain distinct. Non-pilot participation is available where the assessed role permits, without implying pilot handling competence.
Assessment, review and appointment
Assessors record each outcome as demonstrated, further practice required, interrupted or not assessed, with reasons and a targeted next task. An independent reviewer handles contested decisions under the Academy Ordinance.
Academic completion is not an appointment, commission, real-world qualification or grant of software permissions. A programme certificate lists demonstrated roles and any emphasis; practical readiness is checked separately after relevant game changes.
