The War Room: instructions to directing staff

The new teaching room requires a single exercise record even when several schools direct the problem.
Before the conference
Post the exercise map, roster and current resource return together. Each directing officer must be able to identify the same starting position. Conflicting private versions of the brief are to be resolved before candidates enter.
During the problem
Enter a change in the common record when it is issued. A directing officer may represent an external office, but must not quietly alter the resources of another office to make a preferred solution succeed.
After the conference
Preserve the initial plan and the revisions. The candidate’s explanation belongs beside the decision it concerns. Return reusable fittings to Works and deposit the teaching packet with the library after removing personal assessment notes.
