Sign-in
Members sign in through UCI. Sharing a Digital ID is optional and requires consent. Sign-in confirms identity; it does not grant a staff appointment.
Staff appointments
Treasury manages appointments, service settings, lending and institutional funding. Tellers verify transfers, receiving officers inspect cargo and market supervisors manage the exchange. Member service officers handle enquiries and member records; servicing officers follow loan repayments; bookkeepers record custody and operating returns. Audit remains a separate appointment.
Independent review
An officer cannot approve their own loan. A teller cannot confirm their own transfer, and a receiving officer cannot accept their own delivery. Another appropriately appointed member must make that decision.
