Current purchase quotas
Open Industry in your member account to view funded purchase quotas. Each quota identifies the commodity, quantity, price per SCU and receiving office.
Submit a delivery against an open quota. A receiving officer checks the cargo before payment is credited to your Civitas checking balance.

Fund the purchase order
Treasury publishes the commodity, quantity, unit price and delivery location, then reserves the full purchase cost.

Record the delivery
Select an open quota and enter the whole SCU you are delivering.

Check the cargo
A receiving officer records the accepted quantity and explains any shortfall or rejection.
- 04
Pay the supplier
The accepted quantity multiplied by the agreed price is credited to the supplier’s checking account.
Output agreements & qualification
In your account, Industry includes accepted purchasing agreements and consecutive production reports. A producer can commit at least 25% of output to an institution; independently accepted delivery receipts establish fulfilment. Current qualification is checked before new discounted loan terms are issued or funded. Existing accepted loan terms are preserved.
Participating institutions
Helios and Coreline supply material. VantaForge specifies industrial requirements. Quantum Freight arranges transport. Civil institutions order medical, habitat and relief supplies.
Each purchaser is responsible for its orders. Delivery records connect the cargo, the receiving officer’s decision and the payment.
