01 // CIVITAS CREDIT COOPERATIVE
Checking, savings and shared crew payments. Appointed custodians handle aUEC transfers; your statement shows the amounts received and paid.
Your checking and savings accounts use HCC. One HCC represents a claim for one aUEC held by a Civitas custodian. A deposit becomes available after a teller checks that it has arrived. Funds reserved for a withdrawal cannot be spent while that request is pending.
Your statement lists completed transfers and payments. If an entry is wrong, contact the Civitas office with its reference. Corrections are recorded against the original entry so both remain visible.
Your member account ↗Choose an appointed custodian in your account. Civitas gives you the exact aUEC amount to send and a request reference.
Send the exact amount to the named custodian, then attach your transfer image to the request.
A teller checks the custodian’s receipt. The image supports the request, but funds must be confirmed before your balance is credited.
Once confirmed, the deposit appears in your checking balance and statement. Keep the reference if you need to ask about it.
These are voluntary products. Your existing membership and accepted agreements remain unchanged. New subscriptions use the published policy edition in force when you accept.
