Civitas Credit Cooperative / CCC-2956-01
Charter and member notices
Consolidated on 20 October 2956. This record supplements the founding publication CU / 01.
The cooperative charter
Civitas is the HLN credit cooperative within Strategic Command. Active members of HLN Corporation, HLN Group and approved active affiliates may apply for personal accounts. Account admission and every loan remain subject to the published operating terms.
The appointed Board sets the cooperative's policy and receives custody and lending reports. Members submit questions and recommendations at the annual meeting. Board office does not itself approve an account transaction; each instruction requires the current officers and independent review specified by the operating standard.
