Why this project exists.
Civitas connects the financial side of the HLN setting with an operating service. Eligibility, account activity and available products belong to its current rules and register; a portfolio introduction is not an offer of credit or an account approval.
Civitas provides banking, credit, and financial administration for HLN institutions and partners.
Capital allocations and payment obligations affect industrial schedules and civil deployments. Strategic Command coordinates those commitments with the operating institutions.
