Markets & Relations

HLN Strategic Command

Make agreements the operating teams can actually use.

Strategic Command connects commerce, finance, trading rules and external relationships. It gives long-term commitments a place alongside the practical work they affect.

01 / Purpose & place

Why this project exists.

HSC is an institutional framework for GalTrade, Civitas, SCRA and the Diplomatic Corps. Civitas has its own operating service; the existence of that service does not imply that every Strategic Command institution is staffed.

Strategic Command administers GalTrade, Civitas, SCRA, and the Diplomatic Corps. Its responsibilities cover commerce, finance, regulation, and diplomacy.

The Command coordinates external commitments and commercial rules with the institutions that must carry them out.

02 / The work

A distinct part of the larger story.

These are the institution’s responsibilities in the setting. A proposed community activity needs its own people, scope and practical plan.

01

Commercial context

Relate market activity and finance to the institutions supplying and moving goods.

02

Rules and accountability

Keep permissions, commitments and reporting understandable to participants.

03

External relationships

Bring proposed agreements to the people authorized to make them.

03 / In practice

A trade arrangement needs more than a destination.

A proposal identifies the parties, the goods or services involved and the responsibilities of each institution. Finance, transport and governance questions are settled in their proper places.

What this makes possible

An agreement that can guide an activity without silently transferring command, ownership or access.

04 / Your place in the project

Help give the idea a practical beginning.

A setting institution can be the starting point for a writing contribution, a playable activity or a proposed team. This page does not announce vacancies or a staffed service.

  • Develop a trade or diplomacy scenario.
  • Improve an explanation of institutional responsibilities.
  • Bring a proposed organizational relationship for review.
