The Interstellar Diplomatic Corps brokers work between clients and independent mercenary and service organizations. Providers submit their own bids, retain command of their crews and operate under recorded terms.

Why this project exists.
IDC reviews provider admission and contract awards. The client selects a bid, the provider accepts the terms and Civitas holds the agreed funds in escrow. Delivery reports, client acceptance and independent settlement remain separate recorded decisions.
The Diplomatic Corps negotiates external agreements and administers organizational relationships. Alliance access and mutual-assistance terms fall within that work.
The Corps brings proposed commitments to the responsible Command or Board portfolio before they become operating obligations.
