About this project
Civitas is a community-created institution in HLN's Star Citizen setting.
Fiction and the member service
The charter, named cooperative Board, Charter Hall, member kiosks and VantaForge receiving office are approved HLN fiction. The cities, spaceports, ships and commodities draw on Star Citizen. Civitas offices described in that setting are not NPC branches or interfaces supplied by Cloud Imperium.
The community operates the account service separately through linked identities and appointed staff. A fictional office or Board title does not grant a person access to private records or authorize a payment. Published charter appointments create no login accounts, custody approvals or technical permissions.
Financial scope
This project provides no real-world banking, lending, investment service, deposit insurance or legal claim to real money. Do not send real currency or financial credentials. Dealer prices and lending examples concern aUEC, the game's currency. In-game transfers still require the named custodian, evidence and independent review described by the service.
Artwork and attribution
Star Citizen and its game assets belong to their respective rights holders, including Cloud Imperium Rights LLC and Cloud Imperium Rights Limited. HLN's original institutions, writing and supplied Civitas artwork belong to their respective contributors. This project has no endorsement or affiliation with Cloud Imperium or Roberts Space Industries.
The Charter Hall hero was supplied for the Civitas project. Its setting address is Charter Hall, Cloudview Center, Orison. Game ship images retain their original attribution. The MOLE exterior is sourced from the official RSI ARGO MOLE publication.
Sources and editorial record
The Civitas charter and current Corporate Directorate were checked before the consolidated public record was issued on 20 October 2956. The new Civitas Board, office addresses and annual meeting notice were authorized as HLN setting material; they do not fill vacant HLN Corporation board portfolios.
