Join Civitas
Member accounts and ship loans for the HLN Corp community.
Who can join?
You can join Civitas if you have an active HLN Corp, Group or affiliate membership. Use your own UCI account to sign in.
Open your account
- Sign in with UCI. Civitas checks your Corp, Group or affiliate membership.
- Read and accept the account terms.
- Open your account to view balances, make transfer requests and apply for a ship loan.
Your account starts with a zero balance. Deposits become available after a teller confirms that the appointed custodian received your aUEC.
If Civitas cannot verify your Corp, Group or affiliate membership, contact your personnel administrator to check your record.
Written offers
Loan costs and repayments are listed in your offer before you accept. Submitting an application does not commit you to borrow.
Repayments
Repaid loan principal returns to Civitas’s lending funds, where it can support another member’s loan.
Member support
For help with membership, transfers or a loan, contact the Civitas office through HLN Corp and include your account or application reference.
Voluntary member shares
Opening an ordinary account remains free. Share levels record a voluntary balance; they do not buy additional votes, staff permissions or an automatic loan approval.
New share subscriptions are closed.

Existing available shares can be returned to checking under the service and Phoenix controls. A dividend requires a separately funded declaration and independent authorization.
