Ballot publication
A current Treasury officer prepares the motion, distinct choices and opening and closing times. A different current Treasury officer publishes it. Eligibility is frozen from verified membership and the published minimum at publication. A member must remain eligible through current membership verification when voting.
Privacy and outcomes
Each eligible member may record one private choice. Individual votes are not exposed to another member or staff through the member service. Only totals are published after closing. Ballot outcomes do not themselves alter an appointment, permission, account or financial agreement.
Share distributions
A declaration reserves actual available product capital and freezes proportional allocations from verified funded shares. Amounts round down to whole aUEC; unused rounding stays in the reserve. Two current disinterested Treasury officers authorize payment. Beneficiaries cannot approve their own allocation. A cancelled declaration returns the reserved amount. There is no guaranteed annual dividend.
