Programme of instruction
CS 115 · Live practical
Reception and passenger accountability
Prepare a CradleFleet passenger movement and confirm who boarded, arrived or still needs contact.
CS 180 · Hybrid
Search and rescue coordination
Give search crews useful assignments when a request for help has an uncertain location.
CS 202 · Live practical
In-game casualty recovery
Carry out a Solace Horizon Relief recovery drill and give transport an accurate account of the casualty’s game status.
CS 220 · Hybrid
Evacuation and limited-capacity transport
Allocate CradleFleet’s available berths and keep everyone still waiting on the movement record.
CS 260 · Hybrid
Relief reception and onward movement
Connect Solace Horizon Relief, CradleFleet and HavenGate so a completed flight does not leave the next need unassigned.
CS 299 · Hybrid
Integrated civil response
Coordinate a civil response from the first location report through recovery, transport and reception.

CS 202 requires observed in-game medical equipment use. A non-medical course record is not the full certificate.
All mandatory outcomes require individual evidence. Reviewed prior learning maps to the same standards; historical completions retain their curriculum version. Practical outcomes cannot be replaced by a quiz or tabletop discussion.

No ship purchase, real medical screening, donation or prestige rank is required. Arrange a role-appropriate practice task and equipment access. Guided study is divided into agreed bounded sessions around actual player availability.
Pilot and Crew Support variants remain distinct. Non-pilot participation is available where the assessed role permits, without implying pilot handling competence.
Assessment, review and appointment
Assessors record each outcome as demonstrated, further practice required, interrupted or not assessed, with reasons and a targeted next task. An independent reviewer handles contested decisions under the Academy Ordinance.
Academic completion is not an appointment, commission, real-world qualification or grant of software permissions. A programme certificate lists demonstrated roles and any emphasis; practical readiness is checked separately after relevant game changes.
Contribute to this field
Develop a reception scenario, prepare in-game medical logistics material or help mentor a new crew.
Faculty eligibility requires subject competence, observed teaching and independent review—not merely a fictional office or prior rank.
